The digital scales I received are of good quality, and I’m satisfied with the product itself.
However, the shipping experience was very disappointing. I paid $480 for DDP air shipping, expecting express delivery, but the shipment was sent on September 18th and only arrived on October 10th.
That’s far too long for a supposed air shipment, especially considering the high shipping cost. The supplier also provided very little communication or tracking visibility during this period.
Good product — but I would not recommend this shipping option or communication experience.

It's DDP shipping by air,DDP transportation requires arranging customs clearance, which is a normal transportation time.
